Transportation: Drop off/Pick-up area is located on the SOUTH SIDE of our building. Do not stop on Grand Avenue to pick up/drop off your child. And, please pull all the way in and park; do NOT let your child run out of the car when pulling into our parking lot. Parking is available in our private lot on the North (and South) side of our building. Please arrive a few minutes before class begins and arrange to leave at the conclusion of your final class of the day. An additional late fee will be charged for late pick-ups occurring past our regularly scheduled class times and operating hours. Overnight parking in our lot is not allowed.
Only enrolled students are permitted in studios. Students are not permitted in studios without an instructor present.
Please be mindful of allergies and take your own necessary precautions to avoid any allergic reactions. Please notify our cafe of any allergies.
If you or your child is sick, do not enter our facility. We encourage clients to wash their hands and follow a good hygiene routine.
Clients waiting for a class or student(s) are permitted to wait in our lobby and watch selected classes on our observation monitors. No one is permitted to “hang out” in the locker rooms, hallways or by studio doors. Parents will be invited into studios by director discretion only.
Students are required to follow our dress code: including appropriate shoes and hair worn in a bun for Ballet, and neatly pulled away from the face for all other classes. No street shoes are allowed in studios.
Food/Drinks are allowed in our cafe area only. Only water bottles are permitted in all studios. No outside food, please.
The PEAK PAC Gym is to be used during scheduled appointments only – with Miguel Carrera Fitness. No one is permitted inside the gym training area without a scheduled appointment.
Please do not interrupt your child’s instructor prior to, during, or after their classes. All questions and concerns must be addressed via the front desk or by email only.

We ask that you follow us on all of our official social media sites and make sure that your phone number and email address is correctly noted in your PEAK member file, so that we can reach you in case of an emergency. You are responsible to update any information on file accordingly.
Our schedule/instructors & prices are subject to change. We kindly remind you that there are no make-up classes or refunds. Payments must be made on/before the 1st of each month – late fees will be enforced. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Drop in classes are scheduled when applicable only. Make-up classes may be available when applicable only. Extra costs will include dance attire and shoes (purchased/ordered at our boutique), showcase costumes, accessories, tickets, etc.
Yelling, screaming, horseplay, roller skating, skateboarding, and running up & down the hallways/in our facility (and outside) are strictly prohibited.
No soliciting, please speak to our studio coordinator with any requests, issues, or concerns.
You consent to our 24-hour video surveillance while on our property.

This is a tobacco-free and drug-free area. No smoking of any kind inside or outside of PEAK. This includes smokeless tobacco, vapor, and e-cigarettes. No burning incense or open flames anywhere in the building or outside of PEAK.
